Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which payments made to KANSARAIX OPC PRIVATE LIMITED are processed, stored, and treated. By enrolling in any program or making any payment, you fully agree to the terms below.

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

All payments made towards any course, internship program, subscription, activation fee, or educational service offered by KANSARAIX OPC PRIVATE LIMITED are strictly non-refundable.

Under no circumstances — including academic, personal, technical, financial, medical, or accidental — will refunds be provided.

By proceeding with a payment, you explicitly acknowledge that you waive all rights to request refund, reversal, return, cancellation, or partial repayment of any amount paid.

2. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes

Once payment is successfully completed, you agree not to initiate any chargeback or dispute with your bank, credit card company, payment gateway, UPI provider, or wallet provider.

Any attempt to raise a chargeback will be treated as a breach of terms, and may result in:

  • Permanent suspension of your KANSARAIX account
  • Cancellation of internship access
  • Legal action to recover the disputed amount
  • Additional penalties and administrative fees

3. Digital Services Cannot Be Returned

All programs include access to digital content such as:

  • Video tutorials
  • Notes and modules
  • Tasks and assignments
  • Dashboard features
  • Certificate generation

Digital products are non-returnable by nature; hence no refunds will be issued after activation or access.

4. Mistaken or Duplicate Payments

If you believe a payment was accidentally duplicated or incorrectly processed, you must contact your bank or payment provider directly.

KANSARAIX does not process refunds for:

  • Incorrect UPI entry
  • Paying for the wrong course
  • Duplicate transactions
  • Unintended payments
  • Technical delays by banks or payment apps

5. Non-Completion of Course

Failure to complete tasks, assignments, or course modules — for any reason — does not qualify for refunds.

Internship access remains available for the full duration regardless of participation.

6. Payment Gateway Policies

All payments are processed through third-party gateways. Their processing fee, delays, or server issues are beyond our control.

You agree that KANSARAIX is not responsible for:

  • Gateway downtime
  • Slow settlement
  • Processing failures
  • Technical glitches on payment apps

7. Acceptance of Policy

By using our platform, creating an account, enrolling in a program, or making any payment, you fully and unconditionally agree to this Refund Policy.
