These Terms govern the use of our platform, services, internship programs, dashboards, and all educational resources offered by KANSARAIX OPC PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between KANSARAIX OPC PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) and every individual or organization (“User”, “You”, “Your”) who accesses, uses or registers on our platform, whether for internships, learning modules, tasks, projects, certification, or dashboard access.

By accessing this website, creating an account, enrolling in any program, or using any services, you expressly agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or any services.

2. Eligibility

Our internship and learning programs are primarily designed for B-Tech, Polytechnic, MCA, and Engineering students. However, anyone above 15 years of age may register, provided the information submitted is accurate and genuine.

3. Account Registration & Security

By creating an account, you confirm that all registration details provided by you are true, updated, and complete. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Internship Programs & Learning Material

All programs offered through the platform include structured video modules, daily tasks, assignments, project guidelines, and certification issued after completion of specified criteria. All content is the exclusive intellectual property of KANSARAIX and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, downloaded, or distributed without written permission.

5. Non-Refundable Fee Policy (Strict)

Under absolutely no circumstances will any refund, cancellation, chargeback, reversal, or partial refund be issued once a payment has been successfully processed.

The full amount paid for any course, internship, batch, or digital program is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable, irrespective of:

  • Failure to attend classes
  • Disinterest after joining
  • Technical issues from the user’s end
  • Delays due to the user’s academic schedule
  • Personal, financial, or medical reasons

You expressly waive all rights to claim refund, dispute transactions, or initiate chargebacks with banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions. Enrollment fully confirms your acceptance of this irrevocable condition.

6. User Responsibilities

Users must follow academic integrity, avoid plagiarism, avoid sharing login access, refrain from abusive communication, and maintain professional conduct. Any misuse, policy violation, or illegal activity may result in account termination without notice.

7. Certificate Eligibility

Certificate issuance requires completing assigned modules, tasks, and project work as defined by the platform. The company reserves the full right to withhold, delay, or deny a certificate for incomplete performance or misuse of services.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not engage in unauthorized data scraping, hacking, content extraction, reverse engineering, account sharing, impersonation, misuse of course material, or any prohibited legal or unethical activity. Legal action may be taken if violated.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All material—including videos, tasks, projects, UI/UX, dashboard features, written content, and branding—is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Users gain no ownership; only limited learning access is provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. The company shall not be liable for technical failures, academic outcomes, placement expectations, certificate delays, data loss, or any indirect or incidental damages.

11. Termination

The company may suspend or terminate user access at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Jurisdiction

All disputes will be governed by the laws of India, and subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts located in Rajasthan, India.
